When Bengtsson opened the door to the Löwenbräu, Kollberg stood at the corner of Drottning street and hated him.

The Löwenbräu opened on Jakobsgatan 20 in 1909. When the old Klara Quarter was demolished in 1970 the restaurant moved to its current premises on Fridhemsplan. For ages they have had the same standing lunch-menu.
